Positive, supportive, Christian values are promoted. Anyone who is open to a belief in Jesus Christ as their Higher-Power is welcome.
Month-to-month rental agreement. $150/week for a furnished, shared room, includes utilities. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required. Apartments are 3 bedroom/2bath.
6 men max per apartment.
Members are expected to be employed full-time to remain in the program. Work is a critical aspect of recovery, self dignity, and personal responsibility. (Rental assistance from a church or other organization will only be accepted for the first month.)
Members are required to attend a local 12-step addiction group three times a week (or other approved recovery activity).
Recommendation by a church leader and addiction counselor is required before move in.
Members of the sober living work together in encouraging, supportive relationships and are expected to keep each other accountable to rules. No yelling, fighting, or cursing at others. No loud music. No profane or pornographic entertainment. No gambling.
Zero tolerance for drug, alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, or vaping. Daily room inspections will occur. Random urine drug testing required.
No prescribed-controlled substances are allowed. All medications must be locked up in an individual safe.
10:00pm house curfew Sun-Thurs. 11pm Friday and Saturday.
Members are encouraged to attend a church weekly. Tenants are encouraged to pray together daily.
No visitors are allowed inside the apartments without approval and never in bedrooms. As a general rule women are not allowed in the apartments and should visit in the common hall gathering room only.
Members agree to participate in the weekly house council meetings, cleaning duties and other house protocols.
